About the role
Your impact as QA Supervisor:

• Manage the QA section and conduct certifications related to implemented standards and management systems.
• Provide technical advice in production to ensure processes and instructions align with SOP.
• Perform Product Inspection Reports (PIR) for every Customer Quality Request (CQR) and ensure thorough investigation and reporting of product samples to the QA & Technical Manager.
• Review production requests, work documents, and identify opportunities for waste and scrap reduction.
• Investigate internal failures, recommend corrective actions, and oversee their implementation and documentation.
• Conduct daily audits to monitor production procedures and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate job trials with production, ensuring smooth execution and reporting on outcomes.
• Ensure timely implementation of the Internal Audit agenda and Quality Management System (QMS) Management Review meetings.
• Ensure proper execution of all Quality Procedures according to relevant standards such as ISO 9001, API 9A, SNI/TKDN, and other company-specific standards.
• Track and address internal non-conformities, ensuring each is specifically identified and resolved.
• Report on QMS status and internal quality performance to the QA & Technical department.

About you
Essential skill & competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from reputable university with 4 years of experience
• Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001 & 14001 Lead Auditor)
• Familiar with QC 7 tools/ Basic Quality Principles.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Proven experience in quality assurance and management systems implementation.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, API).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
