RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Responsible for the overall work of the testing department, including data management, on-site management, personnel management, and equipment management.  
2. Manage and maintain testing data, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
3. Develop and implement relevant procedures, systems, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient and standardized testing processes.. 
4. Ensure proper documentation and dissemination of procedures, systems, and SOPs to all relevant personnel.
5. Oversee the testing department’s day-to-day operations, including resource allocation, scheduling, and task assignment.
6. Supervise and inspect testing equipment, ensuring proper calibration, maintenance, and availability.
7. Develop and implement efficient inventory management procedures and systems to ensure accountability and adequate availability of materials and spare parts for testing activities.
8. Provide guidance and support to the testing team, including training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
9. Responsible for testing and benchmarking raw materials, finished products, and corresponding suppliers and customers to ensure compliance with quality standards.
10. Supervise and inspect testing standards to ensure compliance with established procedures, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
11. Address and resolve various problems that arise during the testing process, implement corrective and preventive measures to address identified issues and improve overall testing performance.
12. Manage and oversee the handling, storage, and distribution of valuable and dangerous drugs within the testing department.
13. Provide guidance and support to the testing team, including training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
14. Stay updated with the latest testing technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices, and incorporate them into the testing processes as appropriate.
15. Any other ad hoc jobs as assigned by superiors.

QUALIFICATIONS :

1. At least Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably from reputable university and in Chemical Science, Environmental Engineering, Material Science or related.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience or minimum 2 year of proven experience in a similar role. 
3. Good knowledge of the new energy materials industry.
4. Familiarity with the application and use of ICP, Mastersizer3000, BET, buckle voltage density magnetic material metal particle detection method.
5. Familiar with customers and suppliers testing benchmarking methods and requirements.
6. Familiar with the new energy material industry MSA analysis method and requirements.
7. In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, equipment, laboratory procedures and industry standards applicable to a testing center.
8. Familiarity with applicable regulations and standards related to testing center operations, including safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
9. Language Skills: Bahasa Indonesia and English.  
10. (Able to communicate in Mandarin would be an advantage as the role would need to liaise with Mandarin speaking team).
11. Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint and report writing
12. Applicants must be willing to work in Kendal Industrial Park (KIK).
13. Strong thinking/problem-solving skills with a “can-do” attitude. 
14. Proactive, committed and good team player.
15. If required, applicant will undergo additional training as determined by the company to enhance their knowledge, skills, and capabilities in specific areas relevant to the role of Testing Supervisor
