                                       QA – QC MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure product/service quality meets or exceeds industry standards.
• Establish quality assurance protocols to identify and address any deviations or deficiencies in product/service quality
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Train and educate staff on quality control processes, standards, and best practices.
• Manage and mentor quality control personnel providing guidance and support to ensure team effectiveness and performance analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and area for improvement.
• Oversee the documentation handling related to quality control processes, including reports, procedures, and compliance records.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies during inspections and audits
• Stay abreast of industry developments, regulations, and best practices in quality management.
• Supervised and implemented activities for implementing the quality management system, CPKB, CPOTB, halal guarantee system, environmental management system, occupational health, and safety.
• Responsible for planning testing methods, approval, and follow-up on non-conformities in the quality of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field 
• Proven experience in quality control/assurance roles, with at least 3-5 years of experience in managerial
• Deep knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire team members to achieve quality objectives.
• Willing to work at Cikupa – Tangerang
