YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinator or the executor of the implementation of quality issue management, quality oversight activity and environmental monitoring program within GMP areas according to valid SOP
• Coordinate quality evaluation activity / investigation related to any deviation, OOS, non-conformity, pest issue and complaint within Cimanggis Site. Ensure the timeline of investigation management are meet according to valid SOP
• Lead implementation of QA activities on the shop floor and decision-making related quality issue in the shop floor.
• Perform coordinate issuance and afterwards track and support completion of plans and actions related to non-conformity and risk management following valid SOP to encourage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Review SOP and master batch record and act as deputy QA Operation for approval of SOP and master batch record.
• Coordinate QA Oversight Schedule review to check open pending quality topic before process started.
• Responsible to manage monthly report related quality oversight area
• Act as local process owner for dev@com system and ensure the data integrity compliance and validated status of the system.
• Perform execution on quality management system task in quality oversight area.
• Upgrade his/her-self in management and professional skills on GMP aspects.
• All activities related job functions must be considering the OE culture and reducing complexity in QA Operations area.

WHO YOU ARE

Education

• Minimum bachelor degree in Pharmacy with Apothecary certification

Relevant experiences

• Having experience in Pharmaceutical Industry minimum 3 years
