Coordinate the preparation of systems in the QC department as well as control and monitoring activities on the quality of processes and products in the field (production) in order to maintain the quality of the products in accordance with specifications that have been standardized by the company.

Qualification :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Manufacturing Techniques, Quality Management , Electronic , mechanical or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, with at least 3 years in managerial positions.
• Have an understanding of MR (Management Representative) ISO ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015.
• Required Skill(s): Quality Management System, Quality Control, WIP, Manufacturing, Management, Inspection
• Have a strong leadership, time management, TQM, 5S, Kaizen skills.
• Proficient in the use of five major quality tools, APQP/SPC/FMEA/PPAP/MSA.
• Proficient in the use of seven QC techniques, 8D, 5C report, FACA, CALA, etc.
• Able to lead various departments of the company to carry out various quality activities, including QCC, CIP, Six Sigma, quality knowledge competition, etc.
• Proficient in English is a must
• Strong organizational skills, Ability to lead teams and manage QC projects effectively
• Good communication skills to convey test results and recommendations to management and production team.
• Skills to work with high attention to detail in all aspects of inspection, testing, and documentation.
• Expert in Analysis, Creativity, involving and Emotional intelligence.

Job Description :

• Develop QC policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure products meet standards.
• Make continuous improvements to the production process to improve product quality.
• Supervise the process of testing and evaluating the quality of products at various stages of production.
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvement if they do not match quality standards.
• Supervise and train QC teams on inspection techniques, product standards, and proper reporting procedures.
• Provide guidance and leadership to QC staff to ensure operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Handle customer complaints related to product quality, conduct investigations, and provide solutions to prevent similar problems.
• Compile quality reports, analyze production data and test results for management.
• Ensure all quality documentation, including inspection records and product certifications, are properly stored.
• To manage, lead & supervise the QC department at the manufacturing plant.
• To report to the Management on the performance of the quality management system and to ensure the effective operation of the quality management systems.
• Determine standard, method, test procedure, WIP, until finished good and ensure its implementation.
• To monitor product quality according to specifications & requirements.
• Effectively communicate with customers about various quality management related standards and specifications to meet customer needs
• Improve the company’s reliability quality laboratory capabilities to meet the company’s development needs
• Build and maintain the company’s quality management system, and improve the information and digital operation capabilities of the quality management system
• Monitor the implementation Quality Management System
• Managing and controlling QA/QC Process and Performance
• Supervise & Support team in task of in-process quality and customer issues.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to quality standards across all products, services, and departments.
• Analyze feedback, review procedures, and implement continual improvements in line with ISO.
• Coordinate calibration, documentation, and training to maintain quality tools and systems.
• Managing and implementation of Quality management systems (QMS) to maintain high-quality products and services. consist of processes, procedures, and tools used to observe and regulate the quality of products and services.
