Job Summary

Responsible to the overall quality process as well as the successfully implementation quality management system ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 in the factory including with the company Standards requirement to meet customers’ needs

Responsible and Engagement

To be responsible to verify the results of checking on raw materials, final product, equipment and tools utilized in the product production processes in order to yield final product in consistence with the quality specifications and standards :

• Controlling and reviewing the results of checking on raw materials and packages supplied by vendors
• Controlling and reviewing the results of checking on verification or calibration of all devices used for measuring the quality of products.

To be responsible for the implementation of activities by his subordinates to assure that the product production processes are consistent with the quality and specification standards as required by the customers :

• Reviewing QC reports prepared by QC reporters/ administration officers and coordinators in regard with the filter production daily activities and, in case of any inconsistency to the quality standards, confirming such inconsistency to all relevant parties.
• Assuring that the product quality reporting system is effective enough for controlling the whole production performance of the plant.
• Controlling the product packaging process to maintain the quality of products to be delivered to customers. 

To be responsible for any addressed customers’ complaints in regard with the quality of products that are in consistent with the required products specifications and quality as specified in the orders :

• Analyzing the causes of complaint addresses and due coordinating with his subordinates and other related departments to establish corrective measures to enhance production quality as a whole.

To be responsible to lead to strive for quality control improvements for enhancing better exposures to and knowledge on production quality as expected.

• Coordinating required trainings on quality, specifically for his own subordinates and generally for other relevant departments 
• Providing trainings for employees on statistical process control and supporting the implementation of total quality management by employees all over the plant 

To maintain the qualification standards and make relevant revisions in accordance to the customers’ need.

To assure that all implementations of quality standard activities are consistent with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Halal

Qualifications and Requirement

• Experience working in MNC’s QA Manager or Operation QA Manager with at least 5 years’ experience in managerial level
• Bachelor’s degree Chemical/Mechanical/ Electrical  Engineering 
• Having experience for the tobacco related industry will be advantage
• Excellent in English communication and writing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to create empathy with customers
• Having adequate knowledge on statistical process control (SPC).
• Having good exposures to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and Halal
• Having adequate knowledge on prevailing HSE regulations. 
• Capable of identifying real hazards and potential hazards at workplace under his control
• Good exposures on how to conduct measurement device calibration and verification. 
• Close attention to detail
• Computer literate to intermediate level in Microsoft applications as well as an ability to learn and functionality in other systems
• Work placement is in Sidoarjo East Java
