Segera dibutuhkan!! lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi QA Manager di tempat usaha PT Esensi Solusi Buana untuk domisili Tangerang dan sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kita butuhkan ialah Komputer/Teknologi Informasi & IT-Perangkat Lunak serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Untuk persyaratan yang kami butuhkan adalah minimal Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Menurut dari ketetapan yang PT kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami berikan cukup lumayan tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Walaupun begitu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

What you’ll do (Responsibilities):

● Responsible for end-to-end testing lifecycle.

● Ensure the team is focusing on automation along with manual testing.

● Coordinate with the Software Engineering team to ensure bugs are resolved in a timely

manner.

● Define document standards and ensure all test documentation is maintained and highly

accessible.

● Identify and implement automation tools, applications, methodologies, workflows, and

strategies to optimize testing process in terms of speed and accuracy.

● Develop strategies to implement various tests suited with the nature of the product, e.g.,

regression test, performance test, stress test, security test, etc.

● Analyze bugs trends and fine tune Quality Assurance processes to improve overall quality

of each product.

● Introduce mechanisms or tools for evaluating test metrics and generating an overall

product health report for each product.

● Together with the Software Engineering team, create workflows to track and monitor

bugs and fixes.

● Ensure each personnel is suitably trained to perform their functions and uses appropriate

software related tools.

● Set and fulfil the Quality Assurance hiring plan for the team, including screening,

interviewing, and hiring.

What capabilities you’ll need (Requirements):

● 3+ years of working experience in the related field is required.

● Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or

related fields.

● Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards.

● Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.

● Excellent communication (verbal and written), collaboration, and presentation skills.

● Exceptional attention to detail and results driven approach.

● Passion in building great systems that benefit customers / end users.

Bonus points if you have the following skills:

● Proven experience as a quality assurance manager or relevant supervisory role in building

and mentoring a team.

● Proven experience in creating and reviewing processes and formulating strategies to

increase productivity.
