QA MANAGER – MANUFACTURING

Responsibility:

• Manage and supervise all activities of Machine quality, FA and IPQC / OBA team/and activities and be responsible for performances, developing Poke Yoke mind set, risk removal and continually reducing level of line defects while increasing customer facing reporting and metrics.

• Conduct process audit for existing and potential new production lines and internal processes – verify FA & process capability and support improvement in all performance.

• Monitor QA department targets and training role of total organization quality mind set and develop quality team member, including NPI process and practices.

• Support on the continuous improvements and provide technical advice or proposal/methods to the management regarding productivity/efficiency, innovation, cost savings, quality of products, quality related aspects of process control and other defined performance indicators.

• Create monthly quality reports related to FPY and all quality related performance, create new testing methods, streamline operations and improve product and process quality.

• Support validation plan for new SKUs, product specification or part & line validations and communicate with all parties. Ensuring validity of all organization documents, QMS and (EHS compliance, support by local experts).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and min 3 years of working experience in the same position in Quality.

• Strong and high experience in process audit, internal and external audit for ISO 9001, 14001, GMP standard recommended, certified ISO 9001 & 14001.

• Strong skill with 8D methodology, QC 7 tools, SPC, 4M, 5Whys, FMEA, PCP, Lean, Six Sigma, 6S, SAP, RQM, Minitab, excel formula, familiar with PCBA process, Molding injection, Rubber, Metal part process an advantage.

• Strong in communication and presentation skills, open, talkative, patient, professional yet approachable, and careful personality.

• Strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork spirit, problem solving skills, able to handle multi-task and perform well under pressure.

• Good attitude with adaptability to company culture and seek for continuous improvement.
