We are seeking an experienced QA Manager for our garment production facilities specializing in ladies’ intimates, activewear, and nightwear. This role requires leading the QA team in implementing and maintaining a robust quality assurance system in line with global standards. The ideal candidate will ensure all finished garments meet the quality expectations of our buyers and lead initiatives to improve overall product quality.

Description

• Develop and implement QA systems adhering to the company’s standards.
• Conduct regular audits, ensuring compliance with the QA system.
• Oversee customer inspections and resolve any quality issues.
• Lead quality mindset programs across the plant.
• Manage quality certifications and ensure internal audits are aligned with certification requirements.
• Lead, train, and develop the QA team to enhance their technical skills and performance.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in quality management, including 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems in the garment industry.
• Experience with quality tools, concepts, and methodologies.
• Preferably certified in Quality Auditing or Six Sigma.
