Kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi QA Engineer di perusahaan PT OSI ELECTRONICS untuk kota/kab Batam & Kepulauan Riau dan sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusaahan inginkan ialah Uji Coba & Penjaminan Mutu (Teknologi Informasi & Komunikasi) serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki syarat yang khusus terhadap calon pelamar sehingga kamu dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Responsibilities :

  • Able to manage quality issues (internal/External) and 8D report

  • Understand International standards ISO 14001, IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610

  • To manage product quality issues and communicate with the program regarding customer requirements.

  • To conduct inspection data analysis define the top problem and conduct meetings to ensure corrective measures are implemented

  • Assist in the compilation and analysis of quality performance for submission to management review and discussion

  • Assist in conducting Internal Audit

  • To ensure quality inspections/ improvement activities are being conducted

  • To generate quality-related work instruction.

  • Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions

  • Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts

  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

  • Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork

  • Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct

  • It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management quality problems or defects for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem

  • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business. To be able to perform FA activities

Qualifications :

  • To be able to perform FA activities

  • To be able to ensure the effective implementation of Preventive and corrective action

  • Able to conduct RCA and 8D

  • Able to conduct VDA6.3 and VDA6.5, BIQS, IATF internal audit, AIAG CQ-17

  • Able to facilitate improvement programs with such tools eg QCC, Six Sigma methodology, and lean manufacturing.

  • Able to demonstrate effective leadership

  • Able to perform SPC, MSA, PPAP, and APQP related to Quality

  • Proven work experience in software development

  • Proven work experience in software quality assurance

  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases

  • Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing

  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools

  • Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting

  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

  • Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
