The Role 

We are looking for an experience QA Automation Team Lead to lead a team of test engineers to develop suite of test automation scripts. This position will work closely with development and DevOps teams to facilitate code checks and release management.

Responsibilities: 

• Create applications to test code changes against application software.
• Effectively prepare and undertake User Acceptance Testing, Exploratory and Regressions Testing to ensure software quality remains high.
• Develop and maintain automation test applications including architecture, code, release management and testing feedback.
• Lead a team of QA engineers to develop and main applications.
• Work closely with development team and provide detailed testing feedback.
• Where required collaborate with external suppliers, partners, and customers.
• Collaborate with development team on upcoming changes and releases to organize and plan new tests.
• Work with Jira to create all related tickets for QA engineers with technical details and any required solution design.

Requirements: 

• 5+ years working experience related with the job.
• Strong Team Leadership skills
• Experience with Regression Testing using Cypress or Selenium or equivalent.
• Strong Knowledge of JavaScript
• Architecture and Design of automation testing application
• Documentation skills to maintain application design and architecture.
• Knowledge of working with Git and Bitbucket or equivalent
• Tertiary degree in IT/shell programming
• Team focus
• Strong communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability and achievement in software testing and quality assurance.
• API testing experience
• Excellent communication in English.
