The Role 

We are looking for an innovative, team-oriented QA Automation Engineer. The ideal candidate should be required to oversee all aspects of software and product testing within the company. This may include developing test strategies, drawing up test documents, identifying faults, and reviewing QA reports.

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and undertake User Acceptance Testing, Exploratory and Regressions Testing to ensure software quality remains high.
• Create applications to test code changes against application software based on functional, non-functional, and technical documentation.
• Effectively prepare and undertake User Acceptance Testing, Exploratory and Regressions Testing to ensure software quality remains high.
• Develop and maintain automation test applications including architecture, code, release management and testing feedback.
• Work closely with a team of QA engineers to develop and main testing application suite.
• Work closely with new development team and provide detailed testing feedback.
• Ensure all documentation, test cases and code are comprehensive and works to requirements.
• Develop testing applications with Cypress (Javascript)
• Ensure all code is committed with detailed comments.
• Maintain high level of code quality and commits of team members (QA Engineers)

Requirements: 

• 3+ years working experience related with the job.
• Tertiary degree in IT/shell programming
• Experience with Regression Testing using Cypress, Selenium or equivalent.
• Strong Knowledge of Javascript
• Strong Solution Design of automation testing apps
• Documentation skills and architecture diagrams
• Knowledge of working with Git and Bitbucket or equivalent
• Team focus
• Strong communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability and achievement in software testing and quality assurance.
• API testing experience
• Experience of working with Atlassian tools or equivalent
