Job Summary:

Supervise and control product quality standards and work processes in store operations, in order to achieve maximum levels of quality, effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance in F&B/Restaurant/Hotel industry
• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Food Engineering/Nutrition
• Having certifications/expertise in HACCP, ISO 22000, Food Safety, Hygiene & Sanitation, and Halal System
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Good attitude with high level of integrity
• Willing to be placed in Karawaci, Tangerang.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and evaluate work procedures and standards related to operational activities
• Control and supervise the examination of the process of implementing quality policies in the Operations Division, so as to support the achievement of predetermined quality standards
• Control and supervise the qualities of food, service, cleanliness and QHSE that have been set by the Company
• Control and supervise front-liner health checks, in order to meet food safety standards
• Control and supervise the test of product/ raw material quality which is the raw material in the stores, in order to meet the standards, set by the Company
• Supervise and evaluate socialization programs related to work procedures and company policy standards to team members in the stores
• Document control
• Analyze and evaluate the findings of the audit reports to the relevant work units, and repairs can be carried out, so that operations activities run in accordance with the given standards
• Control and supervise the microbiology tests
• Supervise and monitor for external audit preparation
• Conduct training related to operations SOP and food safety
• Manage, implement and develop HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) system and other systems to be developed in the future.
