Responsibilities

• Coordinate with supplier/vendors for the delivery of materials for daily factory operations
• Issue and control purchase order, get approval from the management and email to vendor/suppliers.
• Coordinate with supplier and other department to solve problems related to quality and delivery of the component parts.
• Receive invoice, check and send to Accounting Dept. for payment.
• Control stock of direct materials meet with standard level of inventory
• Checking and analyzing all documents from suppliers and ensure all the documents are in accordance with company regulations.
• Maintaining data in the systems and doing all the print out of the purchasing and procurement paperwork
• Documenting all the internal-official hard-copy data and making classification/categorization accordingly
• Interacts with other departments on a daily basis to handle issues regarding paperwork or additional works and information as requested from other departments
• Other duties as assigned by the Management

Supervisory Responsibilities

• The Supervisor, Purchasing will assist to lead the Purchasing in YADIN and oversee all day to day department operations.
• Plan, delegate, communicate and monitor work assignment and special projects for the department.
• Evaluate the performance of subordinate’s document and discuss present and past performance, and set expectations for the desire performance level in accordance to the company’s performance management system.

• Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to express oneself clearly in conversationand interaction with others
• Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines.
• Ability to understand the proper allocation of resources for the purpose of getting things done within a defined timeframe
• Good time management skills.

Knowledge and Experience Required

• Minimum diploma degree in Technical, Industrial management or other related field.
• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing company
• Ability to operate MRP system is preferable
• Able to operate MS. Office (excel, words, power points)
• Experience working in multinational company is an advantage
