Telah dibuka loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Purchasing Staff di kantor PT Tangara Mitrakom (EMTEK Group) untuk daerah Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang usaha kami butuhkan adalah Manufaktur & Pembelian/Manajemen Material serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang kami inginkan adalah minimal Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, Magister (S2), & Doktor (S3). Sesuai dari ketetapan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Receive the PR (purchase request) and MR (material request) for the goods or services provided, and double-check that the PR is in accordance with the SOP.
Construct a QCF (Quotation Comparison Form) to create a purchase plan based on offers from relevant vendors.
Contribute to the creation of SPK (work orders) for the delivery of MR products.
Help create a PO (purchase order) based on the authorized QCF.
Assist in the monitoring of vendor products and service delivery (PR) and forwarder device delivery (MR).
Check to ensure that the device is delivered to the correct location based on the SPK.
Legality should be requested from suppliers and forwarders who work with TM, and Legal should be consulted to check the legality of vendor and forwarder data.
Perform a survey of new vendors with the relevant departments prior to partnering.
Data entry (updating) for internal administration, PO recap, quality targets (PR and MR movement), PKS list, vendor/forwarder database, and project operations agreements.
Make cash purchases of products and services into cash reports.

REQUIREMENTS

A Bachelor’s degree is required, and you must be at least 30 years old.
3 years of experience working in purchasing or an equivalent position is required.
Experience in the telecommunication industry would be advantageous.
Experience with Sage or ERP software is required.
Have the power to bargain with sellers.
Having the ability to coordinate with all linked departments.
Responsible, honest, and prepared to work overtime if necessary.
