Telah dibuka loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi PURCHASING STAFF di kantor PT Stanindo Artha Langgeng untuk kota/kab Tangerang serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang PT kami inginkan adalah Manufaktur & Pembelian/Manajemen Material serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Untuk persyaratan yang kami butuhkan adalah setidaknya Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), & Sarjana (S1). Sesuai dari peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 4.500.000 - Rp 6.300.000.

Authorized Distributor for Electrical & Mechanical product from Europe is urgently require 1person for position PURCHASING STAFF.

Job Description:

· Identify existing suppliers to support purchasing requirements. Supports daily direct material (technical products) sourcing and services activities.

· Searching for supplier to develop as potential partner for alternative sources.

· Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.

· Analysing various ranges of potential supplier / vendor in order to support and decide source selection

· Negotiate for the best terms and conditions for each procurement and purchasing activity. Apply best negotiation skills when savings channels are determined

· Doing Cost Calculation especially import products either by seafreight or airfreight.

· Generating purchase orders, monitoring, and targeting procurement to be provided in timely need cost – effective and meeting the standard

· Work closely with vendors, maintaining positive relationships while negotiating specifications, pricing, deadlines and terms of payment.

· Regularly working with colleagues to do stock checking/opname.

· Ensure company procurement policies and procedures are adhered to.

Qualification:

· Age between 25-35 years old

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree (D1), Technical /Engineering Degree is preferred.

· At least 4 years of working in the related field is required for this position

· Having Good Communication, Negotiation with vendor and peers.

· Collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong understanding of processes/systems and methods. Open to change, innovative and decisive.

· Good command with MS OFFICE & MS OUTLOOK

· Good in English especially communication via email/whattsap/wechat.

· Honest, Hard working, willing to work overtime.

· Able to work as a team and under pressure.
