Summary Responsibility:

  • Identify and evaluate potential new suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and optimal offers.

  • Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve the best agreements.

  • Conduct market research to analyze and determine standard market prices for various items.

  • Develop, update, and manage the supplier database to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

  • Ensure supplier validity and compliance with company standards and requirements.

  • Conduct on-site visits to factories, stores, or offices to verify supplier legitimacy and operational capacity.

  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive supplier database.

  • Assess and make decisions regarding the approval or rejection of suppliers based on credibility and compliance with company standards.

  • Develop, implement, and oversee the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for supplier registration and database management.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major.

  • Have experience min. 3 years in a related field.

  • Have experience in retail industry is advantage.

  • Strong skills in negotiation, multitasking, and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Detail-oriented, fast learner, and able to work under deadlines.

  • Good understanding of HSE regulations.

  • Proficient in Business English

  • Comfortable working both independently and in a team.
