About the role

Join the dynamic team at PT Hookah Place Partnership as a Purchasing professional in our Ubud, Bali office. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in our Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics operations, with a focus on Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory management.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services
• Negotiate favourable pricing and terms with suppliers to maximise value for the business
• Manage the procurement process from requisition to invoice payment, ensuring all purchases comply with company policies and procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and logistics teams to optimise stock levels
• Identify opportunities to streamline purchasing processes and implement cost-saving initiatives
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchasing activities
• Provide regular reporting on purchasing metrics and KPIs

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers
• Proficient in inventory management and optimisation techniques
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
