We are looking for a Purchasing Officer based in Jakarta, Indonesia. We expect you to like working with and learning about technical IT equipment (servers, data storage, networking), be experienced in dealing/negotiating with suppliers, and be able to always provide the best-value purchasing decisions for the company.
Job description:
Search and purchase of IT equipment (server, network, data storage systems, accessories)
Work with suppliers in Indonesia: search and select, build and develop relationships, work with claims, negotiate the best price, provide the best purchasing offer
Achieve monthly KPI
Follow daily and weekly plans and write reports
Requirements:
Know how to deal & negotiate with the suppliers
Experience in purchasing IT or technical equipment is preferred
Excellent search skill
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Fluent in Bahasa & English
Willingness to work in a multitasking mode
BS/BA degree or equivalent
Working conditions:
Salary 7.000.000 IDR + KPI
Office in Jakarta Timur or remote work
Workdays: Mondays to Fridays, 8 working hours
