Job Description:

  • Handle the ordering process by placing online and/or offline orders, creating Purchase Orders (PO), and distributing them to vendors and internal parties. 
  • Communicate with suppliers to obtain confirmations and facilitate the payment process. 
  • Create reports on the list of goods and the use of funds. 
  • Share and distribute order documents to related parties. 
  • Monitor orders to ensure timely delivery. 
  • Address and resolve issues and problems that arise during the purchasing process with relevant parties. 
  • Choose the best suppliers and maintain good relationships. 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree. 
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field. 
  • Have good negotiation skills and can communicate in English, both orally and in writing. 
  • Have knowledge and experience in financial reporting. 
  • Have a driver’s license is a plus. 
  • Demonstrate proficiency in operating a computer and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs 
  • Demonstrate good communication skills and ability to work in a team. 
  • Must be accurate, attentive to detail, tactful, and a fast learner. 
    Applicants must be willing to work in Salatiga.
