Requirements :

• Maximum 35 years old
• Have a Bachelor’s degree from reputable university, preferably Civil Engineering
• Have a minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the same field, preferably in property & Developer company
• Has a good negotiation skill, Good Communication and presentation skills in Bahasa and English
• Honest, responsible, have initiative, want to learn and develop
• Willing as a replacement staff for 4 months

Job Descriptions :

• Routinely ensure competent quality execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing and procurement duties in accordance to the requested specifications.
• Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures and routinely maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
• Coordinate with other user departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned including monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time
• Routinely select and filter vendors, conduct store/factory/warehouse visits and inspection to ensure suppliers’ quality of goods, process and code of conduct are suitable for company.
• Handling and monitoring of claims to factories and vendors for defectives, shortage, missing parts
• Maintain relationships with existing and prospective vendors, suppliers, consultants, contractors, and external parties as required in the business planning and purchasing process.
• Develops negotiating strategies and positions to acquire goods in the best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term, delivery and service) with vendors, suppliers, consultants, contractors and sub-contractors assigned.
• Plan and manage inventory levels of materials or products.
• Assist, as an organization representative, in company’s internal and external event, forum, discussion, activities, invitation from suppliers/partners that are mandatory to be attended.
• Protects organization’s value and keeping relevant information confidential.
