Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out import purchasing activities and prepare purchase reports.

• Review purchase requisition documents received from the raw material warehouse or the requesting party before being signed by the Department Head.

• Review and ensure the Purchase Order matches the requirements before being signed by the Department Head.

• Monitor the delivery of purchased goods according to the Goods Receiving Schedule.

• Check the completeness of purchasing supporting documents in accordance with the applicable systems and procedures.

• Receive and inspect goods, copies of delivery notes, and invoices submitted by suppliers, and submit claims in the event of damage, loss, or errors in the order.

• Review Import Purchase Return Notes before being approved/signed by the Department Head.

• Ensure the authenticity of purchasing supporting documents in accordance with the applicable systems and procedures.

• Coordinate with other departments to follow up on the arrival of goods along with other required documents.

• Ensure all purchased goods/services comply with customer requirements, applicable laws and regulations, and the product halal standards established by the company.

• Conduct evaluations of external providers or business partners’ performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3).

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Import Purchasing. Experience working in a Bonded Zone is a strong point.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office & SAP programs.

• Proficient in English (spoken & written).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good negotiation skills.

Work Schedule & Employment Terms:

• Work schedule: Monday – Friday (Work from Office).

• This is a permanent function; however, to ensure mutual assessment between the company and the candidate, the employment relationship will start under a PKWT (Fixed-Term Employment Contract) for 6 months or 1 year.
