Dibutuhkan!! lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Purchase Officer di tempat usaha PT Jaykay Files Indonesia (Semarang) untuk domisili Semarang atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kita butuhkan adalah Manufaktur & Pembelian/Manajemen Material serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Kami memberikan syarat yang PT kami butuhkan ialah minimum Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketetapan yang PT kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 4.500.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Only Who has experience in Manufacturing Industry and has Mechanical engineering education

  1. New Vendor development: Research potential vendors & compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
  2. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
  3. Track orders and ensure timely delivery and review quality of purchased products
  4. Preparation of PO as per purchase request & Price which is signed by Finance Manager. Enter order details (e.g., vendors, quantities, prices) into our internal ERP, Navision
  5. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
  6. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
  7. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
  8. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
  9. Coordination with account dept. for release payment for local vendor

Key competencies required to deliver expected results 

·       Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)

·       Hands-on experience with ERP/ software

·       Negotiation skills

·       Understanding of supply chain procedures

·       Great time management skills

Ability to work on your own

Systematic and logical

Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
