Key Responsibilities :

1. Manage the procurement process for the Group entities, ensuring that all purchasing activities comply with corporate policies and standards.
2. Coordinate and consolidate procurement efforts across various business units to maximize cost efficiency and leverage group-wide purchasing power.
3. Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives and ensure a consistent supply of high-quality goods and services.
4. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, building strong relationships to secure favorable terms and conditions.
5. Negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery schedules with suppliers to meet the needs of the Holding Company  and its associated business units.
6. Monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and addressing any issues that arise.
7. Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and ensure clarity in specifications and expectations.
8. Prepare and present procurement reports and analyses to Top management, highlighting key metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement.
9. Lead initiatives aimed at reducing costs, improving processes, and ensuring procurement best practices are followed across the organization.
10. Stay informed about market trends, pricing fluctuations, and new suppliers that could benefit the company.
11. Supervise the work of the team and manage work achievements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a corporate or group setting.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and supplier management.
• Proven ability to negotiate effectively and secure favorable terms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a group or corporate office setting is highly desirable.
