Qualifications and Skills requirement: 

• University Graduate preferably in the field of Mathematics and Sciences (MIPA). 
• Candidate should have minimum 3 years’ experience as a Purchase executive
• Strong knowledge of trims and accessories used in garment production, including buttons, zippers, labels, etc. 
• Proficiency in procurement processes, supplier management, and negotiation techniques. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with suppliers and internal
• stakeholders. 
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. 
• Ensure timely delivery of trims components to meet production schedules and minimize delays 
• Identify and evaluate potential new trims suppliers to expand the supplier base and enhance sourcing
• options. 

Job Description: 

Sourcing and Supplier Management: 

• -Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for trims and accessories, considering factors such as quality, cost, reliability, and delivery capabilities. 
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, andensuring competitive pricing. 
• -Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and address any issues or concerns that may arise. 

Purchase Order Management: 

• Prepare and issue purchase orders based on GPR (Goods Purchase Request), ensuring accuracy andcompleteness. 
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, to determine trims and accessories specifications and
• quantities needed. 
• Track and monitor purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any discrepancies or
• delays.

Cost and Price Negotiation: 

• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost-effective purchasing of trims
• and accessories. 
• Analyze market trends, conduct cost comparisons, and leverage purchasing power to secure competitive pricing. 
• Work closely with the finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate cost calculations and cost control. 

Quality Control and Compliance: 

• Collaborate with the quality control team to establish and maintain quality standards for trims andaccessories. 
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, certifications, and ethical sourcing practices. 

Inventory Management: 

• Monitor inventory levels of trims and accessories, forecasting demand and optimizing stock levels. 
• Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to ensure availability of trims and accessories as per production schedules. 
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize wastage, loss, and stock-outs.

Documentation and Reporting: 

• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier contracts, pricing agreements, and relateddocumentation. – Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, supplier performance, cost analysis, and inventorystatus. 
• Provide timely and relevant updates to management and stakeholders on purchasing-related matters.
