Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

About the Role

The Public Relations (PR) Coordinator will collaborate with external media and PR agencies along with internal teams to develop and execute public effective relations campaigns for Hejaz. The role is responsible for delivering exceptional communications that engage with new and loyal audiences to elevate Hejaz’s brand.  The PR Coordinator will support in positioning Hejaz as a leading Islamic financial services company locally and globally by protecting the strong reputation of the company and embedding a strategic approach to corporate communications.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of coordinated public relations strategies and plans to reinforce Hejaz’s position as a leading Islamic financial services company.
  • As the primary liaison between Hejaz and our partnered PR agency, ensure that the agency’s strategies align with our internal vision and goals, fostering a harmonious and productive relationship.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams to streamline PR efforts across brand promotions, campaigns, events, activations, and product launches.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with media personnel, influential commentators, and key industry figures. Drive proactive media coverage by disseminating timely and relevant media updates.
  • Work closely with the Social Media team to amplify PR efforts through digital channels, ensuring cohesive messaging and maximizing brand exposure.

·       Craft engaging PR content suitable for both internal and external audiences, including press releases, promotional materials, videos, photography, and more.

  • Monitor media mentions and feedback about Hejaz, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders. Work closely with the PR agency to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Represent Hejaz at industry events, seminars, and media gatherings. Advocate for the brand and foster awareness across multiple channels.
  • Seek potential partnerships with influencers, news outlets, or other entities that align with Hejaz’s brand values and objectives.
  • Provide comprehensive event reports that adhere to set guidelines. Conduct quantitative analysis to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of PR events and initiatives.
  • Other duties as reasonably requested by the line manager.

Essential Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Public Relations (PR), Communications or Journalism, Media, Marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a similar position in PR.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

·       Experience developing strategies and executing public relations campaigns for iconic brands.

  • Strong research skills with the ability to analyse data effectively to uncover interesting story ideas for campaigns and products.
  • Demonstrated networking ability and established relationships with media highly regarded.
  • The ability to take direction and work cooperatively as part of a wide team, whilst also being proactive and a self-starter

Desirable Experience and Skills

  • Previous experience working with customer loyalty programs is advantageous.
  • Experience in banking and financial services industry highly regarded.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced and medium enterprise environment highly regarded.
