Job Responsibilities:

1. Communication Strategy Formulation

• Devise and implement a long-term public relations and communication strategy based on the unique positioning and development goals of the new industrial park. This is to create a positive public image, attract potential tenants, and maintain relationships with local stakeholders.
• Identify key target audiences such as investors, manufacturers, service providers, local government officials, and community residents, and design targeted communication plans.

2.Stakeholder Liaison

• Establish and maintain close ties with local government departments, regulatory bodies, and business associations. Act as the core contact person for all public affairs related to the industrial park, ensuring compliance and striving for favorable policies.
• Interact with neighboring communities through community outreach programs, public meetings, and information dissemination. Respond to concerns, gather feedback, and promote harmonious coexistence.
• Forge partnerships with industry influencers, research institutions, and educational facilities to enhance the park’s reputation and innovation capabilities.

3.Crisis Management

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive crisis management plan specific to the industrial park. Anticipate potential risks, such as environmental concerns, labor disputes, or construction delays, and formulate coping strategies.
• In the event of a crisis, lead the response team, communicate with stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner, and work to restore the park’s reputation.

4.Data Analysis and Reporting

• Track and analyze key public relations metrics, such as media mentions, website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation. Use this data to evaluate the effectiveness of PR strategies and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports for park management, summarizing PR activities, achievements, and challenges, and providing recommendations for future actions.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree or above in public relations, communications, marketing, business administration, or a related field.

2.Work Experience

• At least [5] years of experience in public relations, preferably in an industrial or commercial real estate setting. Experience in handling new project launches or start-ups is a plus.

3.Skills and Abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build good relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, able to anticipate and handle potential problems.
• Knowledge of local government regulations and business environment, especially in relation to industrial parks.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
