Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in public relations or related field. Having a media or journalistic background is considered.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Age maximum 30 years old
• Good communication in English both written and spoken
• Have a good appearance and also, have excellent public speaking skills & organizational skills
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
• Deep knowledge of traditional, digital, and social media channels
• Excellent organizational skill and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure, act quickly, has a high sense of responsibility and can keep the deadline
• Willing to work in Cikarang Area (Delta Mas)
• Willing to commute/mutation/rotation to another Project Mall/other company within 1 group
• Applicants must be willing to work in shift time/weekend / public holiday

Job Description:

• Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to branding activities (marketing materials and collateral)
• Planning publicity strategies and campaigns. Designing or project managing the production of visual communications and digital content
• Writing and producing presentations, articles, press releases and social media posts
• Implementing online marketing activities including social media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, lead generation, etc and monitoring or tracking of the effectiveness of the campaigns
• Organizing and attending promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours, and visits. Providing clients/colleagues with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns’ progress
• Manage all media and public relations activity both internally and externally including keeping up to date with all issues that affect of AEON MALL
• Assist in the execution of making projects and organizing events including press conferences and press tours and manage and distribute press releases to online and offline media partners
• Assist in preparing media evaluation reports, cost analysis of events and gift mechanism
• Operate, monitor and constantly update social media and engage with social media users for various events promotion and activities
• Build a good relationship with media partners and generate ideas to gain more media coverage and liaise with vendors such as printing agencies, etc
• Liaise and perform active communication with all internal parties in AEON MALL in order to run mall operation activity smoothly in order to reach customer satisfaction
