Property Project – Housing Area

Job Description:

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including feasibility studies, design development, procurement, construction, and handover
• Oversees the daily operations in residential area, including hygiene and security.
• Propose contractors, applicators, suppliers, vendors according to the standards and criteria set by the company.
• Evaluate the performance of contractors, applicators, suppliers, vendors on a regular basis.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation measures to ensure successful project outcomes
• Stay updated on local authorities’ approval requirements and procedures, advising project teams accordingly and coordinating the acquisition of all necessary permits and technical approvals as planned

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil) or Architect or equivalent.
• Proven experience in project management within the residential property development sector for at least 4-5 years.
• Able to coordinate with General Manager/Management/Directors regarding control and monitoring consultants and contractors work
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on needs of the property as well as the company needs.
• Able to join immediately
• Working location: Parung Panjang
