About the role

We are seeking a talented Property Architect/Structural Staff to join our dynamic team at PT Puradelta Lestari, Tbk’ in Cikarang Pusat, West Java. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing architectural and structural design expertise to support the development and management of our diverse property portfolio.

What you’ll be doing

1. Make detailed Designing buildings and technical aspects also specifications.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop architectural designs and structural plans for new construction and renovation projects

3. Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards

4. Conduct site inspections, monitor construction progress, and provide technical support to project teams

5. Participate in the review and approval process for architectural and structural plans

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in property architecture and structural design

What we’re looking for

1. Degree in Architecture with a specialisation in Structural Design

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in property architecture or structural design, preferably in the commercial or residential sectors

3. Strong technical expertise in architectural design, structural analysis, and construction methods

4. Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and basic software design graphic.

5. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail

6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders

7. Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
