Telah rilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi Property Advisor (Bandung Area) di kantor CariProperti untuk daerah Jawa Barat dan sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang usaha kami butuhkan ialah Bangunan/Konstruksi & Properti/Real Estate serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Adapun untuk kualifikasi yang PT kami butuhkan ialah minimal Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

With the development of the company, a Property Advisor is needed. Property Advisor is someone who is responsible for the specified target to handle clients in finding new properties (End to End Sales: conducting the consultation process – negotiating – showing – closing – aftersales). As details:

  • Achieving the predetermined target
  • Manage databases that have been provided
  • Introducing and presenting suitable housing for clients (Offline & Online)
  • Assisting client consultations related to appropriate home needs
  • Build relationships with property developers
  • Able to negotiate with various parties for closing
  • Able to work with the aftersales team to take care of client transactions that have been dealt with
  • Make regular reports through the system

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Have professional work experience with a total of at least 2 years (1 year direct sales experience). Preferably sales experience in the property sector (Sales in-house developer)
  • Able to present, public speaking and good communication
  • Able to build good relationship and negotiation
  • Humble, confident, high work motivation, friendly, diligent and positive attitude
  • Have a willingness to learn to fulfill the job desc
  • Minimum age 26 years old – Willing to do field work (Have a private vehicle (Sim A/C)
  • Willing to work under pressure
  • Willing to work according to target
  • Must enter on holidays including national holidays. As well as picket day on a predetermined normal day
  • Willing to be placed in Bandung area
