About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to join our dynamic team at PT. TROPIKAL SISTEM’ in East Denpasar, Bali. As a Project Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the successful execution of our Pool construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

What you’ll be doing

1. Coordinate and supervise all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress

2. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies

3. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to address any issues or concerns that arise

4. Manage and oversee the work of construction crews, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback

5. Identify and resolve potential problems or challenges, and implement solutions to keep projects on track

6. Maintain accurate records and documentation of project activities and progress

7. Collaborate with the project management team to optimize workflows and improve efficiency

What we’re looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry

2. Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and best practices

3. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications

4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

6. Familiarity with project management software and tools

7. Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and building codes

8. A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed
