Perusahaan kami telah merilis loker dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi Project Supervisor homebase Medan-Binjai(Contract) di kantor CINEPOLIS INDONESIA untuk kota/kab Medan & Sumatera Utara dan sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang PT kami inginkan ialah Mandor/Supervisor (Konstruksi) serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki syarat yang khusus terhadap calon pelamar sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 4.600.000 - Rp 5.100.000.

  1. Managing cinema development projects from the initial stage to the opening of the cinema.
  2. Developing technical details of the construction’s schedule (Master Schedule) at each stage.
  3. Making a list of each type of project from the Master Schedule that has been created to align the sequence of each job .
  4. Arranging team’s daily activity in the field (Site Manager) to oversee the project, and coordinate with other parties related to the project
  5. Tracking and monitoring every progress of work in the field and providing reports to management and related parties, including Mall / Landlord to avoid potential delays.
  6. Receiving SBO (Supplied by Owner) goods and ensuring the safety aspects, as well as overseeing the installation process in the field
  7. Responsible in documenting project’s softcopy and hardcopy reports. Giving suggestions to the direct supervisor related to the training/development plan

General Qualification

  1. Proven track record as Project Manager in Retail Industry minimum 3 years.
  2. Domicile arround Medan-Binjai.
  3. Good communication skill.
  4. Willing to work all across Indonesia to ensure project completion on time, on budget, and good quality
  5. Having knowedge to Time Schedule ( Microsoft Project ) dan Curve “ S “.
  6. Able to operate CAD 2D & 3D
  7. Having knowledge to use Microsoft Office
  8. Start join : 21 Agustus 2024
