Job Overview: 
As a Scheduler, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our hydropower projects.  You will coordinate and manage schedules for operational procedures, workforce deployment, and installation and commissioning activities. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project team members and key stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines.
  • Develop detailed project schedules that include tasks, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure Schedules are realistic, achievable, and aligned with overall project goals.
  • Create detailed project schedules outlining tasks, milestones, and dependencies using project management software.
  • Work with the project team to establish realistic timelines and delivery milestones.
  • Develop the overall time schedule and progress report in Primavera P6.   
  • Maintaining an As-Built Schedule
  • Schedule Development, Resources Allocation & Planning, Scheduling Monitoring and Adjustment, Communication & Collaboration.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6
  • Proficiency in CAD, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Willing to travel within Indonesia and overseas.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of ISO & OHSAS will be considered an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Hydropower Plants is an advantage
  • Ability to be able to operate with minimal supervision
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
