Manager of Project (MOP)

The Manager of Project will collaborate with all Managers within the Foundation. Coordinating our forestry projects from start to finish, including Sponsor Forest Project, CSR Project or Planting Trees Stock, to ensure the project complies with sponsorship requirements, time schedule, achievement, reporting and project billing.

Specific Responsibility :

1. Manage onboarding of new projects
2. Coordinate with Program Manager and Regional Managers to assign resources and create realistic schedules with milestones for all forestry projects and events
3. Monitor the schedule and expedite project progress to achieve on-time program delivery
4. Monitor project progress to assure contract fulfillment and policy compliance
5. Monitor material and resource availability and coordinate with the relevant parties to avoid delays
6. Manage contract deliverables and reporting to project sponsors
7. Develop and monitor project budgets with reports to Program Manager
8. Manage invoicing and payment events coordinating with Office Manager
9. Coordinate with the Fundraising and Operational teams on potential projects to assure that new projects are achievable and optimal
10. Facilitate communications between teams and stakeholders
11. Report to management on project status
12. Communicate the teams successes within the organization

Requirement :

• Bachelor degree or higher education
• 5 years experience in project management
• Perfect English and Bahasa Indonesia, spoken and written
• Skilled use of office machines and software such as MS Word, Excel, etc.

Experiences :

• Experience working with forestry and tree planting programs
• Experience with event planning and management
• An understanding of the components needed to develop a forestry project
• Experience with nature-based carbon credit/offset projects
• Experience with community engagement activities including facilitating workshops and strategic outreach planning

Working Condition :

• Working in an office environment with computers and communication tools
• Regular visits to project locations, potentially across Indonesia
• Working hours as required to fulfill the job responsibilities
