Job Description :

• Oversee budget management and timely completion of all company’s project involving property expansion, renovation, new construction, and recycling project related to Warehouse.
• Oversee distribution, warehousing, and freighting
• Develop Warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, product handling systems and allocations.
• Develop Warehouse Operation system by determining product handling and storage and inventory control
• Meet warehouse operations by forecasting requirements and scheduling expenditures.
• Manage warehouse operations by stock control, inventory management, and motivating employees.
• Set up and accomplish new warehouse and its operations by analyzing process workflow, control cost and loss preventions strategy.
• Organize the movement of goods from distribution centers to customers and stores involves forecasting trends and managing inventories.
• Create Warehouse Management strategies that increase efficiency and speed for business units.
• Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the Warehouse (e.g use trucks, forklifts).
• Communicate, negotiate, build, and maintain good relationship with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals

Job Requirement :

• Age around 40 to 48 years old.
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or other Engineering background with min GPA 2.75 (scale of 4.00) from reputable university.
• Having minimum 15 years experience in Warehouse/Logistic in building material (ceramic or granite tile or cement or mortar or chemical industry)  with minimum 5 years experience as Project Manager Warehouse.
• HE should have experience to set up New Warehouse and Warehouse Expansion.
• Knowledgeable in Warehouse Management System and hands on experience with Warehouse Management software.
• Certified in Lean Manufacturing, lean Six Sigma or Green Belt would be an added value.
• Familiar to manage high number of SKUs
• Fluent in English and Computer literacy.
• HE should be Mature and Communicative, Independent, Fast learner, Strong Interpersonal and Leadership approach toward colleagues and subordinates, Having good analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Willing to be located in our plant in GunungPutri, Bogor.
