Job Brief

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within our organization. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and timelines, as well as managing resources, budgets, and risks to ensure successful project outcomes. You will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise. Your leadership, organization, and communication skills will be critical to driving project success and fostering a collaborative work environment. 

Responsibilities

1. Project Planning: Work with stakeholders and heads of departments to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
2. Resource Allocation: Identify project resource requirements and collaborate with department managers to allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
3. Timeline Management: Develop project schedules and timelines, track progress against milestones, and proactively identify and address potential delays or bottlenecks.
4. Budget Management: Develop project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost control measures are implemented to keep projects within budgetary constraints.
5. Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
6. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, and project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and risks through meetings, reports, and presentations.
7. Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation to ensure team members are aligned and working towards project goals.
8. Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality standards for project deliverables, ensuring they meet stakeholder expectations and organizational standards.
9. Issue Resolution: Address project issues and conflicts as they arise, working collaboratively with stakeholders to find solutions and keep projects on track.
10. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
11. Reporting: Reporting to Senior, Supervisor +1, and clients. 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
2. 3 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, as well as resolve conflicts and drive consensus.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
5. Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, and Notion).
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
8. Knowledge of project management best practices, methodologies, and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
9. Strong preference for candidates who demonstrate proactive behavior or attitude.
10. Candidates must be based in Bali or within a comparable location.
11. Experienced in an agency will be highly preferable.

Working Hours:

• 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
• Day off on weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
• Religious Holiday
