Responsibilities:

Responsible for subcontracting selection and inquiry in project bidding stage
Responsible for bidding budget preparation and BOQ preparation
Responsible for the preparation of tender documents
Responsible for the compilation of consortium agreements
Responsible for submission and approval of internal bid process
Responsible for other tasks not mentioned above that need to be done at work

Responsible for organizing and implementing the preparation, approval and follow-up of the documents of each project execution stage (including the general schedule, weekly and monthly construction progress, construction organization design, construction scheme, etc.)
Responsible for issuing all the process management documents such as contact list, variation order, etc.
Responsible for the project implementation progress monitoring, cost monitoring and quality monitoring, complete the project  according objective to the company’s requirements, and responsible for the project implementation results.
Submit project execution report as required by the company, including but not limited to daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Responsible for project subcontracting management, storage management, safety management, customer relationship and supervision relationship coordination management.
Confirm the project quantity in time, and manage the project receivables and payables according to the project objectives.
Efficient project resource management requires strategic allocation of resources to optimize work productivity.
Responsible for the completion and acceptance work of the project department, including the preparatory work before acceptance, the countermeasures during acceptance, and the remedial and improvement methods after acceptance.
Responsible for other tasks not mentioned above that need to be done.
