Lowongan Kerja Jakarta Raya Posisi Project Manager di PT . Tetra Pak Indonesia

Overall responsibility for medium to big type projects, Processing Capital Equipment projects and Packaging Capital Equipment projects in all respects i.e. cost, time, quality, and scope of obligations and customer experience/satisfaction. To lead and manage the project within the framework of the budget, time schedule, quality, and scope, contributing to the overall sales result, securing profit and customer experience/satisfaction. Collaborates, coordinates and coaches the project team to improve team performance by building team, training, engaging and motivating in order to facilitate cooperation, ensure project efficiency and boost morale.

As A Project Manager in Tetra Pak you will:

• Overall responsible for project execution and provide project leadership to deliver project result. 

• Secure project deliverables according to project agreement (contract) and act according to responsibilities in the project charter. 

• Breakdown and plan the project into phases and fulfil the plan and project milestones in time and in full according to budget. 

• Drive productivity in project through utilization of global reusable solutions, processes, and tools (Order Fulfilment Capital Equipment (OFCE), project governance, risk management, etc.). 

• Collaborate with account customer management team to manage customer management within project scope.

• Lead collaboration within project stakeholders externally and internally.

• Manage scope changes and issue variation orders (VO´s). 

• Secure project communication and documentation according to project communication plan.

• Provide lesson learned and providing input to improvement or development of processes and tools. 

• Secure a smooth and transparent handover of the Project to the Services organisation at completion.

• 6 years (Full time) as Project Manager, depending on background education or equivalent.

• Demonstrate leadership skills, communication skills, negotiation skills and capability to maneuver through political and cultural situations effectively.
