Job Position: Project Manager

Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager at PT Mx Solution, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of ERP and IT projects to our valued clients. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our customized solutions are implemented effectively and meet or exceed client expectations. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
• Client Communication: Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, keeping them informed about project progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Team Management: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve project goals.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client requirements.
• Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are completed within scope and on schedule.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners to facilitate project success and future opportunities.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvements and best practices to enhance project management methodologies within the organization.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Project Management) – A master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in delivering ERP and IT solutions.
• Experience in a consulting role, with a track record of successfully managing projects for external clients.
• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a history of leading cross-functional teams to project success.
• Exceptional communication and client-facing skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing project challenges.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• A commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
