About the role

PT.KMU Konstruksi Indonesia is seeking a talented Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex construction projects in Bekasi, West Java. As a contract role, this position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution and completion to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects that meet client requirements and deadlines.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

• Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, including designers, contractors, and subcontractors

• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed

• Liaise with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle

• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality

• Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry

• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute detailed project plans

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams

• Proficient in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera

• Thorough understanding of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements

• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
