Perusahaan kami telah merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi PROJECT MANAGER di kantor PT. Grandwork Interior Indonesia untuk kota/kab Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang PT kami butuhkan ialah Bangunan/Konstruksi & Arsitek/Desain Interior serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Kami memberikan kualifikasi yang kita inginkan adalah minimal Sarjana (S1). Merupakan peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Coordinate and oversee completion of activities in all phases of project cycle of facilities related projects.

· Manage and evaluate the team project

· Provide official weekly project status reports

· Prepare and distribute project communications with customers, management, integrated project team and stakeholders

· Assist the contracting officer, with acquisition planning, execution and administration

· Conduct technical reviews and evaluate project solicitations, proposals, quotes, and proposed change requests

· Review and approve shop drawings and submittals

· Conduct pre-construction site visits

· Able to manage the team

· Ready to work at project site(in town or out of town)

REQUIRED SKILLS:

· Project Management experience of at least 5 years

· Excellent communications skills in English is a must

· Must be able to use AutoCAD, Office Suites and Projects software

· Had performance in a variety of interior projects (retails) in the mall

· Experience in gathering and defining design requirements with requesting customers and preparing alternative solutions ranging from conceptual design to final design

· Experience in Preparing cost and schedule estimates

· Experience in Coordinating design activities with architecture, engineering, safety, security, construction, and other related functions.

· Experience managing and monitoring all aspects for multiple projects till hand over

· Night Work and weekends, as required, for operational necessities.

· Able to work under pressure.
