As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and delivery of construction projects of Pipeline works for Oil & Gas Project. You will coordinate people and processes to deliver the projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives. This job will be based in Balikpapan

We are currently representing one of the leading EPC company in oil & gas industry in Indonesia

Description

• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction operations, including HSE compliance, project management, site execution, fabrication/manufacturing, subcontracting management, and contractual obligations
• Identify and manage the necessary resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, throughout the entire project, while adhering to budget constraints
• Develop and create construction schedules and milestones, and track progress against established schedules
• Work closely with engineers, construction, QA/QC, HSE, procurement teams, and others to determine project requirements
• Manage project administration, including cost and schedule control, change order management, and preparation of regular reports (daily, weekly, and monthly)
• Establish and maintain communication with clients and other companies to coordinate technical and commercial aspects as defined in the contract

Profile

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Civil, Engineering, or equivalent industry
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction Project Management, preferably in the oil & gas industry
• Have an excellent understanding of EPC business process and risk management
• Proven ability to perform in a lead capacity, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a familiarity of industry practices and regulations are required
