Job Description:

1. [Strategic Goal Dismantling] Responsible for the decomposition and implementation of the annual project goals, guidance and management of the engineering projects, and promoting the implementation of strategic goals

2. [Supplier Management] Responsible for resource developmentprocess management and assessment of Southeast Asian construction teams

3. [Engineering project control] Monitor and guide on-site quality and solve quality problems during project implementation; make specific control suggestions, implement and be responsible for the progress, safety, cost, etc. of the project

4. [Engineering technical support] Responsible for the establishment of technical and quality standards for the company’s engineering projects, and formulating specific technical and quality management standards

5. [Team Building and Management] Responsible for the building of the department’s talent echelon and the performance appraisal and evaluation of members; responsible for the department’s daily management and team building.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above, offline store decoration, construction certificates will be given priority

2. More than five years of project construction site experience, more than two years of team management experience, and those with overseas project managers and construction resource providers in the Southeast Asian market will be given priority

3. Have certain strategic thinking and understand the strategic decomposition and implementation process

4. Have experience in construction organization and management of project sites, including cost, progress, and quality control of on-site construction

5. Have strong communication and negotiation skills; strong sense of responsibility and strong ability to withstand pressure; have strong leadership, planning and goal dismantling skills; have cross-department coordination and communication skills

6. Team management: Have the ability to build and cultivate teams, and do a good job in team empowerment
