Position Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in implementing and managing Odoo ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering ERP solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to implementation and post-deployment support. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Odoo ERP Implementation: Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP projects, including system configuration, customisation, data migration, testing, and user training. 
• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates. Ensure alignment with client requirements and organisational goals. 
• Team Leadership: Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, consultants, and stakeholders, to achieve project milestones and objectives. 
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements, process workflows, and functional specifications for ERP solutions. 
• Customisation and Configuration: Work closely with technical teams to define system configurations, customisations, and integrations to meet client-specific needs. 
• Risk Management: Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to ensure project success. 
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables through thorough testing, validation, and adherence to industry best practices. 
• Change Management: Facilitate organisational change by guiding clients and users through transition to new ERP system. Provide training and support to ensure smooth adoption. 
• Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations. 
• Post-Deployment Support: Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients post-deployment, resolving issues, and ensuring the ERP system’s effective functionality. 
• Documentation: Create comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, user manuals, and training materials.

Qualifications and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. 
• Proven experience as a Project Manager with minimum 3 years of service, and  a focus on Odoo ERP implementations. 
• In-depth knowledge of Odoo ERP modules, configurations, and customiszation options. 
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts, business processes, and integration strategies. 
• Excellent project management skills, including project planning, resource management, and risk assessment. 
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to navigate complex challenges. 
• Relevant certifications in project management or Odoo implementation are a plus.

•  This is a full-time position based at our Bandung/Bali office. 
•  Travel may be required to client sites for project consultations and workshops.
