Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for FTTH project, planning, technical
  • Responsible for quality management of the construction site
  • Responsible for the progress of FTTH permit, document, and subcontractor
  • Assumes responsibility for the engineering delivery process and results of the project, and reports to the project director.
  • Builds and coordinates the construction team.
  • Assists in formulating and optimizing the comprehensive site delivery solution and site delivery SOP process.
  • Supervises and updates the construction plan, organizes construction resources reasonably, ensures the completion of tasks, and analyzes the engineering progress through the GAP protocol.
  • Ensure that the construction quality complies with the engineering specifications and contract acceptance requirements. Organize pre-service training for the construction team, supervise and manage the construction team (including the subcontractor), and review the subcontracting resources appraisal results.
  • Engineering process management, including coordinating customers, subcontractors, and engineering and technical teams to complete pre-installation preparations, engineering installation, commissioning and acceptance, solving and upgrading process problems, output engineering construction documents, and promote site acceptance.
  • Manages the engineering delivery scope and records extra workload.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree qualification or above majoring in Telecommunication / IT / Computer Science / Engineering / or other related.
  • Technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of FTTH OSP project management or equivalent industry experience 
  • Able to work in fast pace working environment.
  • Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management or rollout experiences.
  • Have participated the project of the laying of ADSS and figure 8 cables and civil work.
  • Good communication skills and good at meet customer expectations.
  • Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
  • Experience in Subcontractor Management.
  • Experience in Civil Works projects and FTTH knowledge.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Workbased/Placed in Surabaya or Jakarta (Flexible according to Project need).
