Perusahaan kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi Project Manager FTTH - OSP di tempat usaha PT ZTE Indonesia untuk daerah Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kami butuhkan adalah Teknik & Teknik Elektronika serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Selain itu untuk persyaratan yang PT kami butuhkan ialah minimum Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Yang merupakan peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup lumayan tergantung dari skill pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Namun itu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

1. Responsible for FTTH project, planning, technical

2. Responsible for quality management of the construction site

3. Responsible for the progress of FTTH permit, document, and subcontractor

4. Assumes responsibility for the engineering delivery process and results of the project, and reports to the project director.

5. Builds and coordinates the construction team.

6. Assists in formulating and optimizing the comprehensive site delivery solution and site delivery SOP process.

7. Supervises and updates the construction plan, organizes construction resources reasonably, ensures the completion of tasks, and analyzes the engineering progress through the GAP protocol.

8. Ensure that the construction quality complies with the engineering specifications and contract acceptance requirements. Organize pre-service training for the construction team, supervise and manage the construction team (including the subcontractor), and review the subcontracting resources appraisal results.

9. Engineering process management, including coordinating customers, subcontractors, and engineering and technical teams to complete pre-installation preparations, engineering installation, commissioning and acceptance, solving and upgrading process problems, output engineering construction documents, and promote site acceptance.

10. Manages the engineering delivery scope and records extra workload.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree qualification or above majoring in Telecommunication / IT / Computer Science / Engineering / or other related.

2. Technical discipline.

3. 5+ years of FTTH OSP project management or equivalent industry experience

4. Able to work in fast pace working environment.

5. Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills.

6. Project management or rollout experiences.

7. Have participated the project of the laying of ADSS and figure 8 cables and civil work.

8. Good communication skills and good at meet customer expectations.

9. Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.

10. Experience in Subcontractor Management

11. Experience in Civil Works projects and FTTH knowledge

12. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
