   Exquise Patisserie is looking for a **Project Manager** to join our growing team! If you have a passion for **F&B project management, product development, and outlet expansion**, this role is for you!
   
   📍 **Full-time (WFO) | Coordination across multiple outlets & vendors**
   
   Key Responsibilities:
   
   🔹 **Project & Expansion Management:**
   
   – Lead and manage projects related to **new outlet openings, product launches, and operational improvements**.
   – Develop and execute plans for launching new products and services.
   – Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
   
   🔹 **Vendor & Partnership Coordination:**
   
   – Handle negotiations, contracts, and relationships with **suppliers and external vendors**.
   – Ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely execution of vendor-related projects.
   
   🔹 **Operational & Cross-Functional Coordination:**
   
   – Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure project success.
   – Track progress, identify risks, and provide solutions for smooth execution.
   – Maintain project documentation and reporting.
   
   **Qualifications:**
   
   ✔️ 2-4 years experience in project management, outlet expansion, or a similar role (preferably in F&B).
   
   ✔️ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
   
   ✔️ Experience in handling vendors, contracts, and supply chain coordination
   
   ✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
   
   ✔️ Data-driven mindset and proficiency in project management tools.
