Dibutuhkan!! lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi Project Manager (Development) di tempat usaha PT Transcosmos Indonesia untuk daerah Jakarta Selatan dan sekitarnya.

Skill yang usaha kami inginkan adalah Komputer/Teknologi Informasi & IT-Admin Jaringan/Sistem/Database serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Untuk kualifikasi yang kita butuhkan ialah minimal Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Sesuai dari ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Project Planning

To lead any kickoff on-boarding projects or tasks.
To take overall ownership of integrated development & creative projects from brief to fulfillment.
Working closely with strategy planner and operations teams to determine campaign scope, produce strategy and schedules for the client.
Identifying, managing project and expansion opportunities (new services).

Project Delivery

Maintain project plans and communicate effectively across functions. You will be the one who responsible of the project deliverable, in terms of the quality, budget and on time execution.
Motivate and manage cross-teams under tight deadlines.
Educate and manage internal stakeholders in relevant processes where necessary.

Project Expansion

Manage communication with client related issue project, opportunities to expand project, and make sure customer satisfaction.
Create proposal ideas and concept to expansion project and collaborate with internal team

Reporting

Provide job reporting to the Unit Manager and General Manager on a regular basis to ensure projects are running correctly, to budget, KPI and schedule.
Ensures all stakeholders to manage and report project update, operational outcome for projects in a timely and accurate manner.
Escalates any analysis related budget, issues, potential expansion (new services) in all projects to Unit Manager.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in project management/client services/product management roles
Experience managing digital and integrated campaigns/projects in a creative and agency service.
Experience of project budget management and scheduling.
Experience of website/apps development (UI/UX) would be a mandatory.
Had working experience in digital agency and digital industry (mandatory).
Have skill to create documentation flow and flow chart.
Be able to verify the qualitative and quantitative output of a project against the project objectives.
Act as the first line of contact and digital expert for the Client in the cycle of a project.
Have good communication skill to manage good connection with client.
Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights on reports and simultaneously use those insights to improve our project performance.
Business proficiency in English.
Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, power BI is a plus.
Have skill to manage project budgeting and cost project.
