We’re looking for Project Manager who has experience/knowledge in quantity surveying or expansion or upgrade a industrial/manufacturing/production site project

Key Responsibilites:

• Lead through procurement practice in Civil/Mechanical Construction Project, Tender Process, Forestry, Capital Equipment
• Develop and lead category sourcing strategies
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to integrate supply category spend, plans, and outcomes in investment planning and budgeting
• Drive cost modeling, benchmarking, and strategy management including category business plans, market conditions, and technology roadmaps.
• Manage respective supplier relationships and performance, including but not limited to supplier scorecards, business reviews, and dispute resolution
• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to identify opportunities and risks related to new project and business plans
• Collaborate with the technical team and project team from internal Mills in China and Indonesia, to define the purchasing strategy, performance guarantee concept, and to ensure the implementation of the project within the timeline and budget

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor/ Master’s Degree from reputable university especially from Civil/Mechanical engineering or Engineering background.
• Have 8-12 years experiences as Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Contract Engineer, Project Procurement, with 5 years with releveant broad/depth concepth in managerial position
• Experience negotiating contract and procurement terms and conditions
• Analytical with ability to build out should-cost models and cost forecasts
• Highly experienced with civil or/and mechanical engineering concepts and ability to build bottoms-up cost models on the understanding of manufacturing/construction processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have attention to detail, and work independently
• Has great communication, interpersonal skills, and project management skills
• Some travel may be required
